UGPP (Pension and Parafiscal Management Unit)

Implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST)

The Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST) is understood as a logical step-by-step process that includes policy, organisation, planning, implementation, evaluation, auditing and improvement actions, with the objective of anticipating, recognising, assessing and controlling any risks that may arise and affect health and safety in the workplace.
All companies are required to have an SG-SST policy. The specific minimum standards to be met depend on the number of employees and the company’s economic activity. At Auren, we offer the following services:
1. Development of the SG-SST Model:
• Evaluation and audit of the company based on its economic activity
• Definition of the management process structure
• Definition of approval protocols
• Preparation of: Risk Matrix, Legal Matrix, Epidemiological Surveillance Plan, Emergency Plan, SG-SST Policy and Internal and External Communication Plan. The design and recommendations will be developed following the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) cycle
