Auren International’s president, Antoni Gomez, has been appointed as president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Catalonia.

Antoni Gómez was elected unanimously, to fill the position for the next four years, as president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Catalonia. The mission of the Association is to achieve public recognition to the auditing profession and representing this group.

The main challenges that Antoni Gómez will face at the head of the Institute are: the increasing regulatory and supervisory in auditing, the attraction of young talent and how the auditing professionals can respond to new technologies.
