Board-Ready Monthly Pack
A recurring management framework that turns Israel-related global exposure into structured decisions, clear ownership, and disciplined follow-up.
Our Offer
Once the company has an initial exposure picture, the real challenge is not just understanding the risks – it is managing them over time. In cross-border businesses, exposure does not stand still. A bank changes its requirements, a payment provider raises a new issue, a regulatory shift takes effect, a sanctions-related development emerges, a major customer changes expectations, or the company itself changes the way money moves.
That is exactly why we built the Board-Ready Monthly Pack. This is not a retainer in the old sense of the word, and it is not general “availability”. It is a recurring management mechanism that puts global exposure into a structured operating rhythm: what changed, why it matters, what needs to be decided now, who owns the response, and what the execution status looks like.
Each month, management receives a short, board-ready pack with an updated Exposure Map, a 30-day Decision List, and an Action Register with owners, blockers, and status. Where a material change takes place, a Trigger Note can also be activated – a short document that explains what happened, why it matters, and which three decisions or actions should now be considered.
What does the solution include?
-
Who This Is For
This solution is particularly relevant for:
- CFOs, senior finance leaders, controllers, tax managers, and finance operations teams
- CEOs, COOs, and management teams that need a recurring and structured exposure-management rhythm
- Chairs, audit committees, risk committees, company secretaries, and general counsel when short and board-ready material is needed
- International groups operating in Israel, entering Israel, or managing Israel-related activity within a wider regional or global structure
- Companies dealing with Israeli VAT exposure, cross-border payments, banking requirements, PSP onboarding, compliance pressure, or board scrutiny
- Businesses that already understand they have global exposure, but do not yet have a disciplined framework for turning it into decisions and follow-up
-
When to Reach Out
It makes sense to speak with us when:
- The company already knows it has global exposure, but does not yet have a recurring management mechanism for dealing with it
- Management wants to move from fragmented exposure discussions to a single decision framework
- A recurring monthly rhythm is needed around banking, payment providers, VAT, sanctions, compliance, or operating-model changes
- The company is under pressure from management, investors, banks, boards, or audit processes to produce concise and defensible material
- The goal is not only to identify trigger events, but to respond to them quickly and in a documented way
- The company has already completed an initial Sprint and now needs an ongoing decision-and-follow-up framework

How the Process Is Structured
Stage 1 – Short Client Update Intake
A focused update from the client – typically 10–15 minutes – to understand what changed since the prior cycle.Stage 2 – Draft Pack and Professional Quality Review
A draft monthly pack is prepared, including the exposure layer, decision layer, action layer, and geoeconomics block. Every pack goes through a professional human quality review before delivery.Stage 3 – Final Pack Delivery and Management Call
The final pack is delivered 48 hours before the discussion so that management can come prepared. During the call, decisions are closed, and owners are confirmed.Stage 4 – Action Register Update and Follow-Up
After the call, the Action Register is updated and becomes the operating base for the next monthly cycle. -
What Makes This Solution Different
Not just a monthly update – but a monthly decision mechanism
The real value is not the document itself. The document is built to drive decisions, record ownership, and maintain follow-through.Not background material – but material that holds up in front of management and boards
The pack is intentionally short, clear, and board-ready. It is not designed to impress with unnecessary depth. It is designed to help management decide.Every exposure is translated into business language
Each exposure is presented in a fixed format:
What changed, what it means for the company, what needs to be decided, what action is recommended, and the execution status. Not “zero risk” – but a disciplined control rhythm
The objective is not to promise that the business will face no risk. The objective is to create a monthly rhythm that reduces blind spots, shortens response time, and links management decisions to execution.

What the Solution Includes
- Board-Ready Monthly Pack
Each month, management receives a short and structured pack designed to support real decisions rather than passive updates.
The monthly pack includes:
- An Executive Summary with 3–5 points on what changed and why it matters
- An updated Exposure Map
- A 30-day Decision List
- An Action Register with owners, blockers, deadlines, and status
- A fixed geoeconomics block in the format: Signal → Exposure → Decision → Action
- Monthly Management Call
A recurring 45-minute management call in which the team:
- Reviews the pack
- Closes decisions
- Confirms ownership
- Updates blockers and target dates
-
3. Trigger Note
When a material change takes place, a short one-to-two-page note can be issued covering:
- What happened
- Why it matters to the company
- Three recommended decisions or actions
In the Core track, one Trigger Note is included each month. In higher tracks, the scope and speed can be expanded.
- Ongoing Execution Tracking
The objective is not simply to record decisions, but to make sure progress is visible. Each monthly cycle, therefore, updates:
- the status of each action
- blockers
- owners
- unresolved items
- issues that need to return to management for further decision
What’s included in the service
A company with operations in the US and Europe, working through multiple payment providers
Each month raises new issues around payments, banking, compliance, and VAT. Without a structured monthly pack, the discussion remains fragmented across teams.
A company under pressure from a bank, investor, or board
When a bank asks for documentation, a payment provider raises a compliance issue, or an audit or board meeting approaches, management needs short, defensible, and decision-ready material.
A company changing its collection model or operating structure
In such cases, exposure does not end with one decision. It plays out over several months, which is exactly why a recurring management framework becomes necessary.
Global Exposure Mapping Sprint
A short entry-stage product that creates the first exposure picture, Top Exposures, and a 30/60/90 plan.

Additional Services and Optional Extensions
Depending on the operating model and level of complexity, the service can also be expanded to include:
- a Quarterly Deep Dive in the Plus track
- preparation for board, audit committee, or risk committee meetings
- a geostrategic module triggered by a material development
- a country-expert module through the AUREN network
- a technology-operations or AI governance module
- enhanced responsiveness and stronger SLA in the Premium track
This service is built around exactly the point where AUREN Israel has a strong edge: the ability to connect tax, VAT, payments, banking, compliance, finance, and operational execution into a single management-ready framework. The value here is not just expertise in each domain, but the ability to translate them into one structured management language.
The Professional Foundation Behind the Solution
Local and International Tax
Tax expertise that helps translate cross-border developments into practical business implications.
VAT, Payments, and Banking
A direct understanding of charging chains, payment providers, banking structures, onboarding friction, and compliance demands.
Accounting, Finance, and Control
The ability to connect exposure to cash flow, cost, profitability, control, and documentation.
Geoeconomics, Compliance, and Governance
The ability to turn external developments into decisions, actions, and follow-up – without drifting into commentary for its own sake.
What do you actually receive every month?
Each month, the client receives one board-ready pack, one management call, an updated Exposure Map, a Decision List, an Action Register, and, in the relevant track, Trigger Notes, deep dives, and board preparation support.
What is the difference between Core, Plus, and Premium?
All tracks include the service core: a monthly pack, a management call, and follow-up. The higher tracks add more depth, broader stakeholder involvement, quarterly deep dives, board preparation, and expanded trigger responsiveness.
Is a Trigger Note included in every track?
In the Core track, one Trigger Note is included each month. In other tracks, the scope can be expanded in line with the agreed structure.
Is this service meant only for large companies?
Not necessarily. It is especially relevant for mid-sized and larger businesses with cross-border exposure, operational complexity, or management pressure around global risk and decision-making.
Is this a geopolitical intelligence subscription?
No. This is not a news or commentary subscription. It is a management framework. External developments are included only when they lead to exposure, a decision, and a practical action.
Want to turn global exposure management into a clear management routine?
We would be glad to understand your operating model, shape the right monthly pack structure, and support a disciplined rhythm of decisions, ownership, and follow-up.
