Auren has been appointed auditor for the individual and consolidated annual accounts of Ford Spain for a period of three years. In this way, and due to the application of current regulations on the rotation of auditors in public interest entities in Spain, Auren takes over from PwC, which until now was responsible for auditing the annual accounts of Ford Spain.
