Audit Service Areas
We carry out special audits as required by law. These include non-cash contribution reports, interim dividend reports, the auditing of liquidation accounts, the review of processes and procedures, financial due diligence procedures, regulatory compliance reports, limited reviews and merger and demerger reports.
We perform audits of standalone and consolidated financial statements in compliance with the Law dated 23 July 2016 on the audit profession (“Law dated 23 July 2016”) and the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), as adopted in Luxembourg by the “Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier” (“CSSF”).
We also supervise Luxembourg Companies in accordance with the provisions of articles 443-1 and 443-2 of the Law dated 10 August 1915 on commercial companies, as subsequently amended.
