Likewise, depending on the legal relationship that may be established between you and AUREN Mexico, data considered as sensitive and/or patrimonial in terms of article 8 of the LFPDPPP may be required, in which case, the information may be used for the following purposes: 

1. Invoicing and collection; 

2. Charging credit and/or debit cards for any of the above-mentioned services; 

3. Internal registration; 

4. Identification of customers, suppliers, applicants and employees; 

5. Supply of products and/or services; 

6. Registration and payment of suppliers; 

7. Registration and payment of subscriptions; 

8. Personnel administration where appropriate; 

9. Entering into the relevant contract, maintaining and keeping custody of the respective file and information, in order to fully comply with the obligations agreed between the parties. 

The Controller may collect the following Financial or Patrimonial data: Federal Taxpayers Register, bank accounts, credit or debit card details, in order to provide you with a better service and/or direct debit your payments. 

The general, financial or property information we collect from you will not be used for advertising, marketing and/or prospecting purposes, or for any purpose not stated in this notice. 

In this regard, in compliance with the provisions of article 8 of the LFPDPPP, we inform you that in order to collect and process your sensitive personal and property data, it is necessary to have your express consent, so that at the time such information is collected, we will ask you to indicate whether or not you accept the processing of such data in a specific format. 

Transfer of personal data 

The general personal data that we process from web users, customers, suppliers and employees of the different entities of the Firm of services AUREN Mexico, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, associates, commission agents, employees, among others, may be shared with national or foreign entities that are members of the global AUREN Firm in order to comply with the legal relationship that exists between the Firm and the owner of the data for our due operation, for internal administrative purposes and for those indicated in the previous sections, as well as for any of these commercial entities to be commissioned by one or more others to process the data on behalf of the Data Controller. Your data protection rights (ARCO) 

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for and the conditions of our use of it (Access).
