In this regard, in compliance with the provisions of article 8 of the LFPDPPP, we inform you that in order to collect and process your sensitive personal and property data, it is necessary to have your express consent, so that at the time such information is collected, we will ask you to indicate whether or not you accept the processing of such data in a specific format.
Transfer of personal data
The general personal data that we process from web users, customers, suppliers and employees of the different entities of the Firm of services AUREN Mexico, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, associates, commission agents, employees, among others, may be shared with national or foreign entities that are members of the global AUREN Firm in order to comply with the legal relationship that exists between the Firm and the owner of the data for our due operation, for internal administrative purposes and for those indicated in the previous sections, as well as for any of these commercial entities to be commissioned by one or more others to process the data on behalf of the Data Controller.
