Metrics and KPIs: Creation and Monitoring

This consists of carrying out strategic conversations and group dynamics in the universe impacted by the product or services of interest, in order to identify the points of contact or moments of truth for those involved. Subsequently, F2F (Face-to-Face) or TS (Telephone Surveys) field surveys are carried out in order to ascertain the evaluation in each identified aspect, and the frequency is programmed to verify any increases or decreases, to make it possible to alter them and thus make improvements at all times.
