What we offer our clients
We help our clients to incorporate people aligned with their organisational culture, values and competencies through various means, such as: interviews, the application of occupational psychological techniques, tests of knowledge (if required) and checking employment references.
Through a series of psychometric and psychological techniques, as well as an advanced competency-based interview, we evaluate whether the candidate pre-selected by the company has the appropriate profile to join the organisation and perform the job.
Through an organisational assessment and diagnosis, we advise our clients on those HR management practices that it would be convenient to implement. We also aim to strengthen those “good practices” that have already been implemented, pursuing their success and continuity.
We accompany and advise both the company and the employees on Outplacement processes. On the one hand, we provide advice to the organisation on the manner and method of communicating a dismissal and/or staff reduction. We then carry out a process of group or individual employee accompaniment (the method and objectives are adjusted to the client) aimed at reinsertion into the labour market.
